Advanced recovery

Advanced recovery is the last stage of your rehab program. At this point in your life, you need to utilize all the tools and skills that you have learned in the Rehab facility and put all of them together in order to live a happy life.

This strategy can help you with:

  •  Long term goals.
  • Consistent daily schedule.
  •  Maintaining social relationships.

When you learn to implement these strategies in your life, it will not only help you to stay sober, and you will get to learn the skills to become a better and more productive person.
